The home’s welcoming layout unfolds across two thoughtfully appointed levels. The main living space features high ceilings, expansive windows, eclectic furnishings, and a cozy lounge area with a large TV—ideal for group gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, butcher-block countertops, and a spacious island with four barstools. Nearby, a dining table with four chairs and a bench comfortably seats six to seven guests.

On the main floor, the GALBRAITH room doubles as a media lounge with a queen sofa sleeper, smart TV, ceiling fan, and mini split A/C. Just down the hall, the PADDEN room serves as a cozy library-inspired sleeping space with a twin bed and garden views. Upstairs, the ARROYO room offers a full-size bed in a peaceful, light-filled setting. The BAKER suite features a queen bed, ceiling fan, mini split A/C, and an en suite bath with a shower/tub combination. The SHUKSAN primary suite boasts a Cal King bed, vaulted ceilings, an en suite bathroom with a pedestal soaking tub and walk-in shower, ceiling fan, and mini split A/C.

For added convenience, the home includes a printer/scanner, stackable washer/dryer on the main level, tankless water heater, and off-street parking for three vehicles (two in the alley-access driveway and one in front of the home).
