Overview

Set among the cliff tops of St Martin’s western coastline: Falaise des Oiseaux, you can see over to the neighboring island of Anguilla, Marigot and the most exceptional views across the Caribbean Sea. The perfect blend of luxury, comfort, tropical nature and dream views, yet close to night life and all amenities.

The Lowlands are the location of some spectacular beaches: Baie Longue and Baie aux Prunes (Long Beach and Plum Beach) are secluded, have public parking, but no services. Neither beach is ever crowded. Baie Rouge is set amongst some dramatic red cliffs. The elegant homes in Terres Basses are sitting on generous lots, most of them with gorgeous views of either the Lagoon or the ocean, or both. Many villas can be rented on a weekly basis as the ultimate vacation-get-a-way.
By car its about 10 minutes away from Marigot, and 15 minutes away from the Airport.

From zip lining and natural pools at Loterie Farm to surfing and horseback riding on the beach, the team ensures that guests have access to a wide range of activities and services tailored to their preferences.
