The villa has the most stunning views of the ocean beyond and is furnished to a very high standard. The villa has a gorgeous living area which has the unique feature of central cooling and opens onto the terrace and view. 

The American style kitchen is perfect for preparing gourmet meals and is well equipped for any chef to prepare a feast. You have the choice of dining by the pool side or in the cool comfort of the dining area.

The expansive deck area features a heated pool, jacuzzi and a pool bar. There are plenty of seating areas with the numerous hammocks and lounge chairs perfect for a relaxing vacation.

The villa has six fabulous bedrooms with the master bedroom offering a king size bed with views of the sea. The ensuite bathroom has an indoor and an outdoor shower as well as a bathtub, so it is really luxurious. There are three additional bedrooms that surround the terrace and are all ensuite also. The other two bedrooms have indoor access above the living area.

This villa includes chef services, the in-villa Chef Noon will prepare your choice of two delicious meals per day, made with fresh products handpicked before every arrival.

The Lowlands are the location of some spectacular beaches: Baie Longue and Baie aux Prunes (Long Beach and Plum Beach) are secluded, have public parking, but no services. Neither beach is ever crowded. Baie Rouge is set amongst some dramatic red cliffs. The elegant homes in Terres Basses are sitting on generous lots, most of them with gorgeous views of either the Lagoon or the ocean, or both. Many villas can be rented on a weekly basis as the ultimate vacation-get-a-way. By car it's about 10 minutes away from Marigot, and 15 minutes away from the Airport.
