Villa Ashiana is located on a hill overlooking the historic, scenic Marigot Bay, a long-established yacht haven. The 2 story, 5-bedroom villa is beautifully appointed with lots of lounge and entertainment space indoors and out, and niches for relaxation and repose or dining and being social.

The upper floor houses the air-conditioned bedrooms, four of which have ensuite bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms have access to the walk out patio.

The ground floor is open plan with a fully equipped, modern kitchen which is a cook’s dream. The kitchen opens out into a dining and living room and beyond that to a comfy lounge/ entertainment area. The ground floor enjoys access to a large verandah with further dining and lounge options, and that extends to the pool deck which features a gorgeous infinity pool with Marigot Bay views. The deck is perfect for evening cocktails and a vantage from which to watch the brilliant Marigot sunsets.

Villa Ashiana is minutes away from Marigot Bay village and marina which houses several restaurants, a bakery, shops and bank.

Villa is burglar alarm protected with a special code for guests.
Dogs are allowed. Please inquire for fees and requirements.
