Overview

A large stairway leads through the green garden to the main floor of the open layout villa. Nice breezes flow through the living room out to the back, where an outdoor covered dining area was created next to a beautiful stone wall. The main room has a large seating area looking out to the widescreen TV with U.S. satellite and AppleTV. A modern fully-equipped kitchen is situated off to the side. The living room leads to the pool and deck with loungers and ample seating in both sun and shade to the side of the house, as well as in front of the bedrooms on the lower floor.

The two main bedrooms are on either side of the living room and are equal in size and both come with a limited ocean view. Each has a European king-sized bed, U.S. satellite, and AppleTV and ensuite bathroom with shower. On the lower floor are two additional bedrooms with a garden view. These rooms are more like suites with 4-poster beds, ensuite bathrooms with shower, U.S. satellite, AppleTV and have additional seating both inside and outside.
