Overview

Palmier Royale Estate is not just a villa, it's a statement and the epitome of luxury. With fitness and massage rooms, two gourmet kitchens, and a beautiful terrace just above the water which allows access to the water for swimming, or to explore the nature reserve that is Marigot Bay on a paddleboard or canoe.

The estate consists of two separate villas with annexes, built in a contemporary West Indies style, all connected by wooden walkways adorned by the tropical gardens. One villa has four bedrooms, of which two are full masters and two are guest rooms/children’s rooms. The other has seven bedrooms, two are master suites, three small master/guest rooms and two children’s rooms, for a total of 11 bedrooms.

Gorgeous views can be enjoyed from almost every corner of the estate and are arguably amongst the best views of Marigot Bay. The first villa has a large, air-conditioned main room consisting of a gourmet kitchen, a living area, and a loft/TV area for kids. A large, heated pool is the center piece of the spacious terrace along with a pool house and covered dining area. Comfortable seating underneath a gazebo allows you to enjoy the breezes and views, while in the shade. The two master bedrooms are accessed from the covered terrace. Each has a European king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with both shower and bathtub, dressing area, U.S. satellite and Apple TV. Directly below the two master bedrooms are two bedrooms for children, each sleeps up to three children with a bunkbed and a separate bed. The boy’s room has an en-suite bathroom with shower and the girl’s room has a shower and bathtub. All the way down the path is a large deck, just above the water with direct access to the protected bay, where turtles swim freely. There's ample seating on the deck, with loungers and a large table for waterfront dining.

The second villa is just a few steps above the main level of the first. This villa includes a large fitness room with bathroom and massage room. On the main level are two separate bungalows that are fully air-conditioned. The first is the spacious living room with comfortable seating and the second is a large gourmet kitchen with a breakfast corner and a large grilling area outside with covered dining. The deck ends in a heated infinity pool and a separate gazebo. The bedrooms of the 2nd villa are in 5 separate pavilions. Two master suites are on the lowest level, each in a separate bungalow. Both come with a U.S. king-sized bed, dressing area, and en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as an outdoor bathroom with shower and bathtub. A cozy balcony out front is perfect to enjoy the view. Two smaller master/guest rooms are situated in a separate pavilion at street level and separated by a common area. Each room has a U.S. king-sized bed, dressing area, and en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a private balcony with seating. In a separate bungalow, mid-level, is an additional guest room with a U.S. king-sized bed, dressing area, and en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a private balcony with seating. Two children’s rooms are in a separate pavilion. One has a bunkbed, while the other has two small twin beds that can be pushed together. Each room has an en-suite bathroom with shower. All bedrooms in this villa have U.S. satellite and Apple TV.

This full-service estate comes with a full-time chef (food not included), waitresses/butlers, daily continental breakfast, and two housekeepers that provide turndown service. Water, soft drinks, and beer are provided. Palmier Royale Estate is an excellent choice for a family vacation, several families vacationing together, or a corporate stay.
