Built over two levels, the vacation rental Eden House offers a stunning view overlooking Marigot bay. The living room is comfortably furnished with two sofas, an HD screen and a well-stocked library, as well as an indoor dining room for up to eight guests. The fully-equipped kitchen contrasts with the villa's elegant decor in an energetic, refined red, also seen on the coffee table. It opens directly onto the covered terrace, with views over the sparkling ocean and the rolling hills.

At the front, Eden House’s terrace is divided into two sections. First, you’ll find the al fresco dining room, set under large shade sails, where you can dine overlooking the bay and the palm trees, close to the outdoor living room with a comfy sofa. A few steps ahead, the infinity swimming pool glistens in the Caribbean sunshine, with deckchairs for pleasant sunbathing sessions in utmost calm. The blond-wood deck invites guests to relax in the heart of this outstanding environment. 

A little further down, you’ll love discovering the path leading directly to a pontoon, where you can enjoy the translucent waters and soft Caribbean sand.

Villa Eden House consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and televisions. One is on the main level and opens onto the property's garden and private terrace. The other two bedrooms are on the upper level, which can be accessed through an outside staircase. They also feature private terraces overlooking the bay and the pool. Dressing rooms, a chic decor with natural tones and foliage prints, make them true well-being havens. Minimum Stay Details

A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested, shorter stays are on request. All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Year-Day will be charged at the Peak Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days. Shorter stays are only on request, but for a minimum of 7 days (Christmas week or NYE Week). Minimum night stay may vary. Please contact a villa specialist to confirm.

Accidental Damage Waiver
