Beach Details

Beach access -6 minute walk from the property across the street. The staff can help set up beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler with drinks. The access to the beach is semiprivate through Condo Playa Las Gemelas, and guests can use the bathrooms . To access the beach, you will need an access code, and face masks are required to enter the grounds. There are vendors at the beach, so make sure to bring cash to buy snacks and rent water sports available.

No visitors allowed. All guests must be registered with the front gate security
Unregistered guests are not allowed on the property.
Notification in writing is required for any visitors, including performers and instructors (e.g., musicians, mariachis, dance classes, personal trainers).
No loud noise or music between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
If excessive noise is reported, HOA fines billed to the property will be deducted from the security deposit.
The property’s sound system must remain at a reasonable volume during the day and be turned to low after 10:00 PM.
Amplified sound equipment from outside vendors is not allowed
