If you have a list of features you look for in a luxury villa, you will find that list ticked nearly all the way through good views, large lawn and pool area, shade and outdoor dining, modern kitchen, air conditioning, wireless internet, pool table, table tennis, close to the beach and marina, heatable pool…everything is ready for a perfect stay.

We especially like the internal courtyard area and the use of glass that allows light to fill the living spaces, whilst most bedrooms have direct access to the gardens and terraces.

Get ready for long lazy days in the Algarvian sunshine either paddling in the pool or reclining in a sun lounger, a lingering barbecue lunch with the family in the shade, before popping to the nearby marina for an evening stroll and to enjoy the bars.

Golf is never far away in the Algarve and the proximity of the Millennium course will be an irresistible draw for some. The nearest beach is at Praia da Falesia, just a few minutes drive away.
