Overview

In the main house, mountain elegance abounds in this five bedroom, five and a half bathroom estate, which towers majestically above the clear blue waters of Fontana Lake. Professional designers and architects created this masterpiece in 2008. Huge mountain boulders create the palette on which sits nearly 7,500 square feet of living space adorned with the finest quality finishes and décor.

The main floor features a huge great room with towering stone fireplaces both indoors and out. Luxury furnishings and modern amenities are everywhere, including the adjacent chef's kitchen, which of course is completely outfitted with high quality appliances from the Thermador range to the Miele espresso machine built-in to the formal dining room hutch. Also, on the main floor you will find a wine room and half-bath at the entry foyer as well as a king bedroom suite we call the "portico" bedroom.

Down the custom stairway to the lower level, you will find a family feast of fun and entertainment from the slate billiard table, to the huge leather sectional home theatre pit, to the large, salt-water hot tub on the covered patio. Foosball and additional outdoor patio space, a bunk room with four queen-sized bunks built in, plus a second laundry room are all on the lower level too.

Head back upstairs (or take the convenient elevator) to find the expansive master suite, a second king master bedroom, a sitting room, and a complete gym. Each bedroom has its own bathroom suite with double sinks, shower stall (each with unique stone and marble finishes) and in the case of the upstairs portico king, a large bathtub as well.

The guest house is above the three car garage and is appointed with the same luxury and décor of the main house. You enter through an outside entrance in to a shared lobby area with wet bar / coffee station and a shared bathroom. There is a bedroom on each side of the lobby: one king and one double-queen.

This home includes the boat house down at the lake and the 2-slip dock. The concierge services can arrange boat or Jet-ski rentals at your convenience.
