Designed to showcase the beauty of the Spanish Peaks area, the two story home sits on woodland grounds with West-facing mountain views from walls of windows.

A two-story living area with soaring tongue-and-groove ceilings welcomes guests to the main level, where an open-concept living area invites cozy gatherings after a day on the mountain. Stretch out on the wrap-around sofa for a movie on the large-screen SmartTV, or curl up by the two-way wood fireplace, which separates the great room from the dining area.

Seat up to 10 guests at the formal dining table for sit-down meals, with room for four additional guests at the breakfast bar. In the gourmet kitchen, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances may inspire your inner chef.

A powder room on the main level adds convenience, while a laundry room keeps clothing dry and toasty for new adventures. The main level also has a ski locker room for easy equipment storage. Click in and ski out to the Highlands Triple chairlift for access to a wide variety of terrain, from novice to expert.

A spacious, furnished deck sets the scene for apres-ski at home with a gas grill and private hot tub. Relax with views of the Spanish Peaks mountain range and towering pine trees.
