Suviche: Dramatic views and theatrical dining take center stage in Chef Jean-Georges’ stunning Asian restaurant at One&Only Palmilla. With a lively ambiance and an inspired menu, Suviche offers a refreshing take on sophisticated dining for a memorable night out. Named after its two signature dishes – ceviche and sushi – prepare to be intrigued by Suviche’s Japanese cuisine with an inventive twist.

Agua: Dedicated to serving the freshest possible produce, our clifftop restaurant overlooking the shimmering Sea of Cortez in Los Cabos is a perennially popular spot for seasonal dining at its best. 

From flavor-forward breakfast creations and tantalizing midday fare to one of Los Cabos’ most romantic moonlit dining experiences, Agua is a culinary destination not to be missed. Aqua Pool: Families will love our Agua infinity pool looking over the Gulf of Cortez. A freeform pool curving around Agua restaurant and bar, there's ample space for lazy laps and pool games with the little ones – it also features a child-friendly splash pool to one side. 

Vista Pool: This pool is an aquatic oasis, a centrally located infinity pool reserved for grown-ups only. Savor long lazy days on your sun lounger, with mesmerizing Sea of Cortez views. Our staff is prepped to take care of your every need – be it a zesty margarita from our swim-up bar, a light bite, or a fresh towel. 

Beach: Enjoy a leisurely day at Pelican Beach in the comfort of your own private beach cabana, equipped with food and beverage service, special amenities, dedicated sun loungers, and more. Guests may choose from standard and premium cabanas.  Nestled in an enviable coastal location, the resort offers direct access to exceptional beaches. Enjoy a leisurely beach day in the comfort of your own private cabana. One of the region’s few swimmable beaches, stunning Pelican Beach is perfect for snorkeling, swimming, and paddling. Grey whales are also often spotted off the shoreline.

Palmilla Golf Club: Opened in 1992, Palmilla was Jack Nicklaus’ first signature course built in Latin America comprising a 27-hole layout consisting of three nines: Arroyo, Mountain, and Ocean. The course design features five sets of staggered tee boxes, four lakes, and deep shifts in elevation: treating golfers to challenging play and stunning ocean views from each and every fairway.

Hunt for treasure, track lizards, paint ceramics, and make (and smash!) piñatas; every day offers new activities. Reserve our extra excursions for special interests 24 hours in advance. Here, budding sports stars can take golf lessons with a pro, while young swimmers can snorkel on our safe and supervised beach.
