Overview

This property is ideally located as it is only five kilometers from Camaiore and 12 km away from Pietrasanta. These two historic towns are rich in art crafts shops, art galleries, trendy restaurants and boutiques and during summer time they offer a number of festivals and art exhibitions. The Versilia beaches with the famous towns of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi with their restaurants, shops and nightclubs are also very close by.

The house is located in a green setting with beautiful views over the surrounding valley. Le Balze can host up to a maximum of 10 guests. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor sharing a bathroom, a double bedroom with private bathroom on the first floor and on the lower ground floor there are two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The ground floor and first floor bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning. The lower floor bedrooms enjoy the cooler temperature due to their positioning.  Being these less bright and not of the same standard as the higher floor ones, the occupancy of this house as 6+4.

This beautiful country house has been equipped for enjoying at its best the outdoor life. Just outside the living area there is a covered terrace equipped for outdoor meals overlooking the very well-kept garden and the swimming pool equipped with salt water system.

The property is perfect for those looking for a seaside resorts, being at only 12 km from the beaches, and at the same time it is an ideal base for touring this part of Tuscany. Lucca is only 25 km away and Pisa is 35 km away. Its position is also very convenient for the proximity of a restaurant, food shop and café, all within a few kilometers.

Please note that the last part of the road leading to the house is narrow and can be difficult for big vans.
