Our guest suites enjoy ocean views, spectacular sunsets, lush tropical gardens, and the melody of bird songs. The villa’s lower level includes a luxurious primary suite with a private ocean-view lanai, king-size bed, work space, a walk-in closet, and a tranquil en suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and separate shower, dual vanities, and access to a spectacular outdoor shower. A second stunning suite on the lower level, next to the primary suite, features a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, modern décor, and a flat-screen television. A third suite, situated on the other side of the villa for maximum privacy, has its own private lanai, king-size bed, walk-in closet, and spa-like full bathroom, including another outdoor shower garden- a tropical delight!

The villa’s upper level includes a stunning gourmet kitchen with gorgeous wood custom cabinetry, premium quartz countertops, top-of-the-line appliances, and all-new cookware, tableware, and glassware. With central air conditioning plus ceiling fans throughout, an in-villa washer and dryer, and every other imaginable amenity, guests have all the comforts of home. Daily resort fees, which are not included in the rental rate, are necessary to access Hualalai Resort amenities but are not required for booking this residential vacation rental. Access to Resort amenities is available to our guests for an additional fee per person per day, subject to seasonal restrictions. From 2025 to January 3, 2026, the daily resort guest fee ranges from $75 to $230 per person, plus taxes. Guests can opt-in for Resort access for a minimum of 2 consecutive days, with the entire household required to participate. These fees are paid directly to the Resort, which operates independently from our company and does not control the administration of resort access, amenities access, daily resort fees, account charges, policies, and restaurant reservations. After your reservation with our company is confirmed, we will provide the Resort with your contact information.
