Overview

It is part of a large property, occupying one end for enhanced privacy. From this location, you can easily reach excellent beaches, including Lia, Kalo Livadi, Elia, and, of course, Kalafatis itself.

The outdoor areas are well-maintained and inviting. Beyond the inevitable infinity pool, guests have access to a pleasant dining area shaded by a spacious pergola, complete with a bar corner, all with a splendid view stretching out to the distant sea.

Inside, Yasemin showcases a fresh and modern style with essential design and an interesting and welcoming choice of materials and colors. All the latest amenities are, of course, available to guests, both in the common areas and in the four bedrooms, one of which is independent and positioned below the pool level for added privacy.

Yasemin is a perfect solution for families or couples seeking a stay in ultimate comfort in an area of the island that is rapidly expanding, with excellent beaches and restaurants to suit all tastes.
