Built with respect to the Venetian style, this architectural masterpiece exudes timeless charm. The villa stands surrounded by an expansive 2,000 sqm green garden, a lush sanctuary that enhances the sense of tranquility and exclusivity.

The villa consists of five luxury suites which can service up to 12 guests.  All rooms are fully furnished and decorated with exceptional, stylish design that gives emphasis on luxury and functionality. The common areas such as dining room, kitchen and living room are spacious and inviting with unique artwork and lighting pieces.

Its beautiful patio resembles a monastery and is full of flowers where visitors can relax or enjoy drinks. Large windows and an archway open on to the exterior spaces, the garden with BBQ and the stairs that lead you up to the pool area with the beautiful pool house. Live a relaxing and revitalized experience from the magnificent pavilion with the private infinity Pool and Jacuzzi.

A variety of shaded outdoor sitting areas create a luxury heaven for those who want to truly explore the amazing Ionian Sea. It is ideal for groups of friends and large families but also for social events, ceremonies and corporate incentives and meetings.

History & Allure

Villa Veneziano, a testament to elegance, was meticulously crafted in 2009 by Russian shipbroker Sergei Kauzov in loving memory of his wife, Christina Onassis. After their divorce Kauzov, who was still in love with his ex-wife, made the decision to build this house opposite her family’s private island, in order to feel still close to her.

Beyond its poignant origins, the villa beckons guests with panoramic views that extend across the vastness of the Ionian Sea, capturing the charm of Meganissi and the iconic Skorpios island. Once a private retreat for the illustrious Onassis family, Skorpios adds a touch of mystique to the already enchanting landscape.
