This beautiful tropical paradise is nestled in the Delfines Golf Community which is made up of 134 lush acres and six kilometres of beautiful beachfront. The villa itself has 36 metres of direct beachfront access. Sitting in beautiful, manicured gardens, you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool or in the ocean itself, just a few steps away from the garden. Well-kept, lush lawns surround the terrace and you can enjoy breakfast or wonderful dinners admiring the sunsets on the shaded veranda and relax with an after dinner cocktail in the outdoor lounge. Inside, the large living and dining room open out to the pool terrace via large, sliding glass doors. Adjacent is a well-equipped kitchen with central island. The home has four large, spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed. Three of the bedrooms each have two queen-sized beds and there is an extra fifth bedroom with one queen-sized bed. The villa can be rented as either a four bedroom or a five bedroom villa.
