Sky High at the Plaza
United States / Colorado / Telluride
Float down from the clouds to ease into a rainbow of delight in this playful and poised four bedroom condo hovering in the highly coveted Plaza building perfectly posed amongst Tomboy Tavern and the Mountain Village Gondola Station.
Overview
Undulating with rich colors, compelling textures and rhapsodic design, this home is captivating. A large open floor plan plays between tete-a-tete-esque lounging spaces with an array of sitting options, the dining room plays peek-a-boo through the unique brick gas fireplace with a warm oval dining table with alizarin seating for eight. Modern and distinguished, the emerald and gold kitchen is streamlined with elegant gourmet appliances and a large island for ease of use. Plus, the breakfast bar has plush seating for six.
The attention to textural detail and affinity to hues throughout percolate delight in every bedroom and ensuite. The main king bedroom juxtaposes a study of fuchsia and jade with a richness for playful comfort with a TV, large walk-in closet and an ensuite with dual vanities, walk in shower and claw foot soaking tub. Two guest bedrooms have king beds and their own ensuites. The bunk room sparks joy with pops of cerulean and maize with one full bunk and two twin beds complete with two closets and an ensuite with dual vanities, walk in shower and another claw foot soaking tub. Spend time basking in every cranny in this spectrum of lively design, and explore Mountain Village Core just below from Wednesday Farmers Market/Craft Fair to the wide variety of shops and restaurants. Head down for the easiest ski-in / ski-out access from the Village Express, or watch from the balcony just off of the dining room.
