Overview

Polar Queen recently underwent a full facelift and offers guests a fun and bright experience on Mountain Village's prestigious Hood Park Road. With ski access just down the street and big mountain views, it’s the ultimate escape year round!

Captivating Great Room

As you enter the light filled entry, you are greeted by an open dining and living space with jaw dropping views of the San Sophia Mountain Range. This level offers a powder room, cozy living area complete with leather sofas and pops of bright color to relax in front of the see through gas fireplace separating the dining table that can seat eight and an open kitchen with a spacious bar counter that can seat three. The newly designed kitchen is perfect for meals-in with a Viking range featuring a stove top and a grill with griddle, double sinks and plenty of beautiful counter space. The chef will appreciate the small tv in the kitchen if wishing to catch up on the latest news or cooking program. For those that love to grill or enjoy the fresh mountain air, there is an outdoor grill and seating area off the dining table on the outdoor deck. Just off the dining, the only bedroom on the main level features a light and airy Primary King suite with en-suite bath, complete with a shower and double sinks. Just above the bedroom and up the stairs is an open loft with a twin bed - perfect as a nursery or additional bed for a child.

On the other side of the main level, just above the living area, guests take the stairs up to an open office area and chill out room with a private outdoor hot tub where you can watch the sunset over the mountains from the elevated deck area.

Guest Rooms for Everyone

As you go down the stairs, the second level has another beautiful living area to allow for some space with larger groups complete with a full sectional, TV, wet bar, and beautiful fireplace with a floor to ceiling black and white tiles . To the right of the living area is the orange guest bedroom with two twins and farther down is the green room with a King bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The green room can also work as a secondary suite as it features an "in the trees" type feeling and a window seating area.

Guests of the Twin Bedroom have access to the full bathroom with shower just down the hall, across from the light green King Room. These two bedrooms share this full bathroom and farther down, the Blue Room has a Queen with en-suite bathroom. This second level also offers guests a full laundry room.

On the third level down, the spacious bunk room on the left offers a Twin + Trundle Bed and two sets of bunk beds with a Twin over a Full Size Bed. This wood paneled bunk room is the perfect space to spread out and enjoy the bright décor. A powder bathroom separates the bunk room from the game room that is complete with a pool table, TV, seating, and a pull out leather sofa bed.
