Positioned on the third floor of the second block of units titled ‘Palmetto’, Royal Apartment 234 features a beautifully decorated open plan living area complete with smart television and contemporary six-seater dining area. The granite top fitted kitchen sits adjacent to the living area and also features a two seater breakfast bar.

The main living space flows out onto the private covered terrace with its cozy lounge area and inviting distant views of the Caribbean Sea and the resort gardens below. 

All bedrooms are ensuite and offer the option of air-condition or ceiling fans. The First Guest Bedroom; just off the main entrance, provides two twin beds; which can be joined, and tub; within its ensuite bathroom.  

The Second Guest Bedroom; furnished with a Queen-sized bed also provides an intimate terrace perfect for enjoying an early morning coffee or quiet afternoon read. Its ensuite bathroom offers a shower.

The Master Suite, located just off the main living area, provides access to the main patio and also enjoys distant views of the Coast. Its impressive ensuite bathroom includes a tub, walk in shower and walk in closet.

Guests will benefit from the five-star concierge, which will assist in arranging travel, car rental, booking restaurants for dining, chef services, babysitting services as well as any other on-island activities.

In addition, Royal Apartment 234 offers social golf privileges which allows each guest of the villa to purchase up to 4 rounds of golf per annum. Guests will be allowed entrance to the 18-hole championship golf course between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM, Sunday to Friday. Also, guests of the villa will have access to the exclusive Royal Westmoreland beach club at Mullins. The apartment is situated 5 minutes' drive from the closest beach at Colony Club and Holetown. Holetown is a commercial hub, where you'll find nightlife, restaurants and bars, shopping centers and a supermarket.

Villa Notes

Optional day passes at US $10 per person, per day are required for use of Royal Westmoreland amenities. Children under the age of 16 do not require passes.
