The master bedroom is en-suite with a gorgeous king size bed and direct access out to a private shady patio overlooking the freeform swimming pool and set amid lush tropical gardens.
The first floor is open plan with a modern kitchen, breakfast bar and casual living and dining area. This leads out to the patio where guests can enjoy meals overlooking the gardens and picturesque bay of Dover Beach. The second bedroom on this floor is en-suite with twin beds. There is air-conditioning throughout and every room enjoys a view!
This upscale community is ideal for couples and small families. The complex has two freeform swimming pools, private access via the pool deck onto the beach, a fitness center on site, private parking and secure keypad entry via the main gate. Situated on the eastern side of the popular St. Lawrence Gap it enjoys easy access to the many local boutiques, restaurants and nightclubs on the South. Dover Beach is calm and has great snorkeling and water sports activities. Golf courses and popular surfing spots are only 10-15 minutes away.
