There is a sidewalk from the back of the house to the Boardwalk. Unlike many beach homes, this home has a nice grassy backyard.
Take romantic strolls on the moonlit beach. Enjoy cycling or long walks, explore the historic city of Fernandina, or just hang out on the beach. There is a gravel parking area in front for up to 5 vehicles.
