Newly built in 2020, this mountain estate exudes high-quality craftsmanship everywhere you look. Upon entering into the great room and you’ll notice the owner has thought of every detail with high-end furnishings and oversize flat screen television mounted above the stacked stone gas fireplace.

Prepare a cocktail while the chef gets dinner ready in the adjacent spacious gourmet kitchen with a wall oven. If someone goes missing, there’s a good chance they’ll be downstairs playing PacMan on the classic arcade. There is also comfy sofa seating and a television in this room.

When you’re ready to call it a night, head to one of four bedrooms including the master suite complete with king bed and ensuite bathroom that will probably remind you of a five-star hotel. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with full bed and twin trundle bed and nearby baths. The fourth bedroom plays host to a double pullout sofa bed.

Kids will love the cleared and flat rear yard perfect for snowball fights and summertime game nights. Feeling adventurous? Numerous hiking trails are just a few steps away and if the waters calling your name, you’ll find Lake Tahoe about 10 minutes away including the ever-popular Pope Beach.

Guests will find this home conveniently located minutes from all the action. You’re less than 15 minutes to Heavenly, Sierra-at-Tahoe, Tahoe Keys Marina, numerous beaches and casinos. Great shops and restaurants surround the area including The Lake House, Artemis, Orchids, as well as The Keys Cafe. Holiday Market (grocery store) can also be found within 2 miles.

Villa Notes

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
Guests will have access to park 2 cars in the garage and 2 in the driveway, but no street parking is allowed (very strict!)
